CNC CNC lathe machining The factory's operating procedure is as follows:
1. Operators must be thoroughly familiar with the safety operating procedures for vehicles and machine tools. Before starting work, they must receive safety training and correctly use personal protective equipment, including wearing a qualified safety helmet, fastening the chinstrap securely, locking the buckle properly, and ensuring that cuffs are tightly fastened. Scarves and gloves are prohibited. Female workers must wear work caps, and long hair must be kept neatly tucked inside the cap.
2. Operators must abide by on-site labor discipline, work only with proper certification, and are prohibited from wearing sandals, smoking, chasing or horseplaying, and working under the influence of alcohol during operations.
3. CNC machining It must be installed firmly and stably, and its layout and arrangement should be correct and safe. No items unrelated to production shall be piled up around the machine tool.
4. Before starting up, check that all bolts on the machine tool are securely tightened, that components are properly matched, and that safety devices such as travel limits and signaling devices are complete, sensitive, and reliable.
5. The lubrication system must be kept clean and maintain adequate oil levels. Electrical switches should have good grounding or zeroing connections. Safety guards for both mechanical and electrical components must be intact and securely fastened. The positions of all control handles must be normal, and their operation must be reliable. Tools, fixtures, and cutting tools must be free from cracks, damage, chipped edges, or broken corners, and must be securely clamped in place.
6. After startup, the machine should run at low speed. Only after it has reached normal operation can it be put into actual work. No tools, materials, or other components are allowed to be placed on the machine bed. During the cutting process, the operator’s face must not be directly facing the cutting edge, and no inspection of the cutting surface is permitted within the cutting stroke. It is strictly forbidden for anyone to stand on the side opposite the cutting area.
7. During operation, it is strictly prohibited to touch the machine tool with your hands or to come into contact with the workpiece and the moving parts of the lathe or machine tool using any part of your body. Furthermore, you must never use cotton yarn to wipe these components.
Measure and align, change workpieces, load and unload cutting tools, gears, belts, and the like, and forcibly brake the machine tool using manual labor or tools.
8. If the machine tool exhibits abnormal operation or unusual noises during operation, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and repair.
9. An insulating mat should be placed under the machine tool operator’s feet, and the height of the mat should be appropriate for the operator’s height.
10. After completing the work, disconnect the power supply, remove the cutting tool, set all handles to the neutral position, clean and maintain the machine tool, and then lock it.
Good distribution box;
11. Machine tools that have not been used for a long time should be thoroughly cleaned and maintained, then covered with a tarpaulin to prevent dust accumulation and rusting.
12. Before putting back into service machine tools that have been unused for a long time, first check the sensitivity of each component and only put them into operation after confirming their proper functioning.
